Often when I travel I have a problem sending emails via smtp when I use a different network, I found a great solution: SMTP.com it allows you to send email from any device at any location— no more changing settings and no more switching to web-based email when you're on the road.
Google Apps - I must admit I am hooked I use these more and more: I use Google docs daily to collaborate with our team who are based in Australia and Canada. A recent addition to their apps is Google sites. People can work together on a Site to add file attachments, information from other Google applications (like Google Docs, Google Calendar, YouTube and Picasa), and new free-form content. Google Maps - A free listing on Google Maps makes it easy for clients to find you.
